This site is a free service that helps homeowners in Cumming and Forsyth County, Georgia connect with local roofing contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor carries the insurance and any licensing required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video on this site are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.

Roofers Cumming GA is a referral and lead-matching service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor. Contractors in our network pay us referral fees when a connection meets certain criteria. That is a material connection we want you to be aware of under FTC guidelines.

Licensing and insurance in Georgia. Georgia does not issue a state roofing license. Under O.C.G.A. § 43-41-17, roofing is treated as a limited service specialty trade, so a roofer performing work within that specialty is not required to hold a state residential or general contractor license. Larger projects that include structural or general construction work can fall under the State Licensing Board for Residential and Commercial General Contractors, and Forsyth County and the City of Cumming set their own business licensing and permit requirements. Before signing any contract or paying a deposit, ask the contractor for proof of general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage, confirm those certificates are current directly with the insurer, ask for the local business license, and check any state contractor license at sos.ga.gov. Verify credentials yourself rather than relying on this site.

Calls and communications. Calls placed to the number on this site may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. By calling, you consent to being contacted at the number you provide regarding your inquiry, which may include auto-dialed or prerecorded calls and text messages. Information we collect. When you call, we collect your phone number, the project details you share, and in some cases your approximate location based on area code. We share this information with the independent contractor we connect you with so they can prepare for and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Call recordings are retained for quality, training, and compliance purposes. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states may have rights regarding their personal information.
